I truly give credit to Natalia for my ability to walk without a limp and or a cane. Her attention to the whole body combining her deep PT knowledge coupled with Pilates is a difference that makes a difference. Plus, she is fun to work with. I experienced a most unusual injury 8 weeks post a hip replacement tearing my gluteus medius muscle. Surgeons gave no guarantees that I would ever walk again without a limp or cane. We proved them wrong!

Natalia is super knowledgeable about all the intricate ways in which the body's movements work together. I began seeing her for therapy while I was in recovery from a total knee replacement.
